Consultation and planning process
We are pleased to respond to your invitation to garden planning. A harmoniously landscaped house makes a decisive contribution to our relaxation and satisfaction. I am confident that together we can create a garden that will be your pleasure and our pride.
If our company carries out the planned works, we refund 1/2 of the value of our plans when we invoice for the works.
Otherwise, we invite you to a free one-hour garden consultation at our garden centre in Črnuče. Please contact Katja Strgar to make an appointment. She can be contacted on 01/561-20-89. Before the free one-hour consultation, you must send an e-mail to katja.strgar@pro-horto.si, send a sketch/plan of the plot, your wishes and photos from all angles.
PRICE LIST FOR CONSULTATION AND PLANNING
When you visit and look around the garden, we discuss what you want and need, what ideas you have and how to go about it. Depending on the complexity, smaller problems can also be solved on site, e.g. identify plants for hedges. The financial framework can also be very loosely defined.
Otherwise, we can build on the cooperation by creating a conceptual proposal for the garden. It provides for the activities to be carried out in the garden, the groups of plants and other elements of the layout, such as water features, retaining walls, garden weights, paving… The conceptual plan is the basis for the discussion and checking of the direction in which the garden design should move. The price for the conceptual design depends on the complexity of the terrain, the client’s wishes and the distance.
The price for the detailed design of the external layout depends on the complexity of the terrain and the client’s wishes. We can produce a planting plan only, or we can also produce construction and workshop plans with inventories. When external collaborators (surveyors, builders, structural engineers, architects) are involved in the project, the value of the project is aligned with the prices of their services. An integrated planting plan includes:
– The idea behind the layout
– Plan (graphic)
– Inventory of plants and works
– Pre-budget
– Care instructions
3D renderings are charged separately and the price depends on the complexity (renderings, movement through space, photomontage only,…) and the provided supporting elements (3d terrain, 3d architecture,…). There’s also a programme to move through space and seasons.
If our company carries out the planting work, half of the value of our plans (excluding plans produced by external contractors) will be calculated and deducted from the total cost of the installation in the final invoice.
